Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 – 75 years undergoing lower limb surgeries requiring CSE ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) physical status I or II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent Patients with known allergies to local anaesthetics or study drugs. Local site infection Patients with known bleeding disorders or coagulopathy Patients with severe cardiac,respiratory, renal and liver diseases Patients with spinal deformities
