Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Preemtive Pregabalin 300mg is expected to be more effective in prolongation of postoperative analgesia after spinal anaesthesia without altering the intraoperative hemodynamics.Timepoint: These outcomes are based on observations made after giving oral capsule one hour before spinal anaesthesia to 24 hour postoperatively.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected stable hemodynamic profile and lesser side effects with Capsule Pregabalin 300mg.Timepoint: These outcomes are based on observations made after giving oral capsule one hour before spinal anaesthesia to 24 hour postopreratively.
