Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with age group of 18-60 years. 1.Patients of any socio-economic status and both genders.2.Patients with classical features of Amavata.3.Patients fit for Basti Karma.4.Patients with classical features of Rheumatoid arthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18 years old and above 60 years old. 2.Patients with history of Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac Disease, Tuberculosis, Hypertension and Gouty Arthritis. 3.Pregnant & lactating women. 4.Patients unfit for Basti Karma. 5.Patients with history of any direct or indirect trauma to Joints.

Sandhishoola Sparshasahyata Sandhishoth Gauravata Aruchi Jwara The patient will be diagnosed on the basis of sign and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis in modern text and standard scientific grounds involving symptomatology, laboratory investigations and clinical findings as per criteria given by American college of rheumatology (2010). Total score is 1-10. Score 6 fulfilling the requirements is for define RA.Timepoint: 8,30 days	—
