Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 16yr to 70yr low anal fistula less than 4cm or upto 4cm of fistula track length patient willing for ksharsutra procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: prolapsed rectum high anal fistula pregnant or lactating women patient having irregular follow up or ignoring severity uncontrolled DM TB HIV HTN HBsAG
