Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children diagnosed with Down syndrome within an age group of 8-17 years. Parents include the father, mother, or legally authorized representative of children with DS. Parents who are able to speak and understand Kannada or English. Parents who are spending at least 8 hours with the children assisting them in day-to-day activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are currently not undergoing physiotherapy. Children who are having any serious impairment such as seizures, cognitive decline, hypothyroidism, joint laxity, or congenital heart diseases that prevent them from taking part in day-to-day activities. Children whose both the father/mother are working.
