Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing upper GI endoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or ongoing upper GI bleed History of previous upper GI surgeries Progressive dysphagia Gastric outlet obstruction Inadequate fasting before the procedure Severe esophageal or gastric inflammation due to corrosive intake Unwilling to give conssent
