Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing VP shunt procedures for posterior fossa/sellar lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing shunt revisions 2.ophthalmic injuries /cataract/operated for cataract 3.Patients having second and third cranial nerve involvement
