Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients willing for surgical management of OSMF grade III and grade IV A OSMF cases patients without comorbidities complete cessation of habit patients without immunological or genetic ethology for OSMF patients compliant with post operative physiotherapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: not willing for surgery with comorbidities no complete abstinence from habit with genetic/ immunological aetiology for osmf not compliant with post operative physiotherapy
