Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male subjects having Classical lakshanas of Klaibya, Erectile Dysfunction like Linga saithilya(Flaccid Penis), Mlana sisnata(Constricted penis), Moga sankalpachesta( Futile Sexual Activity), Dhvajanuccharya(Lack of Erection), Swasartha(Breathlessness during Intercourse) and Svinnagatrata(Profuse sweating during Intercourse) 2.Subjects willing to participate in the study and ready to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects Presented with HIV and STDs, Prolapsed Rectum, Lacerated Anorectum, uretral stricture and any Critical emergencies 2. Subjects unfit for Niruha basti and Uttara basti.
