Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students who belong to the age group of 18 to 24 years. All recreational readers will be involved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational readers who are undergoing counselling or on medications. And who are above the age of 24 will not be included in this study
