Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients giving written informed consent All patients undergoing major elective abdominal surgery with duration more than 3 hours under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not giving consent Patients with acute coronary disease, NYHA IV. Patients with unable to walk (orthopaedic problems in lower limb, CV stroke, cerebral palsy). Patients with severe pain. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and resting tachycardia (HR _120 beats per min)
