Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Participants must have a history of smoking for at least five years 2) Current smokers or individuals who have quit smoking within a specified timeframe (e.g., within the past six months) may be included 3) Age should be between 20 to 40 years 4) Participants should be generally healthy apart from smoking-related issues, with no significant comorbidities that may confound the results

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With known respiratory conditions such as COPD, or lung cancer, unless these conditions are directly related to smoking and the primary focus of the study is on early-stage smokers. Cases with known diagnosis of allergic asthma. Cases with occupational diseases.

Design outcomes

Patients will be compared and evaluated pre and post study of all patients and the difference will be analyzed using statistical tests to find out the effectiveness of the remedy. Timepoint: 1. Patients Fev1 will be assessed every 15 days to compare effect of Homoeopathic constitutional medicine. 2. Duration 3 months.
