Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All term infants born by vaginal delivery between 37+0 weeks of gestation to 41+6 weeks of gestation at Indira Gandhi Government Medical College (IGGMC) Nagpur 2 Infant vigorous at birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The pregnant women denying consent for participation Non vigorous neonates Neonates born at = 37+0 weeks of gestation Multifetal gestation Rh negative mother Placental abruption Antenatally diagnosed major congenital malformation Hydrops fetalis
