Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who are apparently healthy and have willingly given their informed consent will be included in the study. Those who have never performed breathing exercises before will be randomly selected in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are known case of chest abnormality, respiratory disorders or having any major illness will be excluded.
