Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are willing to participate Participants of all gender will be included within the age group 18-25 will be included in the study. Age group: 18-25 years Participants with at least training for 2-3 basketball training session per week and with minimum 1 year of training experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing participation in last 6 months. Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded.
