Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient attending OPD who is suffering from poor sleep quality which is defined will be included for the study. 2. Patient scoring PSQI 5 – 16 points. 3. Patient irrespective of their religious and socio-economic status. 4. Patient who are willing to take part in the study. 5. Complaint of sleep disturbance for more than 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient scoring PSQI 0 – 4 & 17 – 21 points. 2. Patient taking oral sleeping pills. 3. Patient diagnosed with Insomnia. 4. Patient having chronic illness when sleeplessness is a symptom. 5. Patient having defined life-threatening pathology. 6. Patient with Malignancy cases. 7. Complaint of sleep disturbance for less than 4 weeks.

MeasureTime frame
1. To enlist the most frequently prescribed medicine for improving quality of sleep among subjects. 2. To evaluate change in the quality of sleep in patient after homoeopathic medicines. 3. To determine the utility of compiled sleep repertory for individualized homoeopathic treatment for improving quality of sleep.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index at baseline and after 16 weeks

1. To measure the effects of intervention in improving quality of sleep of patients using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Score.Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index at baseline & after 16 weeks.
