Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with controlled diabetes& hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: – Patients with multiple fissures. – Patients suffering from fissure in ano secondary to Crohn’s disease, tuberculosis and ulcerative colitis etc. – Patients with malignancy of any organ or ano-rectum. – Immuno-compromised conditions such as HIV & Hepatitis. – Pregnant women, puerperal & lactating mother. – Fissure in ano associated with other anorectal disorders- haemorrhoids, perianal abscess, fistula in ano etc. – Uncontrolled cases of diabetes mellitus& hypertension.
