Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sport: Recreational Athletes (who play the sport at least 2-4 hours/week for last 6 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Have history of upper or lower body injury recently. -Participants who had not been engaged in continuous resistance training for at least 6 months. -History of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.
