Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle- Aged Adults (between 40 to 59 years) Both Men and Women Stable Vitals Non – smokers Normal BMI (18.5 – 24.9 kg/m2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Comorbidities (Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid etc.) Pregnancy Anyone who has been involved in any recreational activities or sports in the last 6 months. Any documented medical history of Cardio pulmonary disorders, Musculoskeletal problem, Neurological problem, Hearing or other problem.
