Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Known case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Under oral antidiabetic medication from primary care physician at the time of investigation. Patient with less severe comorbidity. Patient willing to participate in study. Patient who are easily accessible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are illiterate. - Patients with ear and eyes disability. - Known Case of Type 1 Diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, secondary diabetes mellitus. Patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus on insulin therapy. - Patients with any severe Complication like Diabetic Nephropathy, Diabetic Retinopathy and diabetic Neuropathy. - Patients who are mentally challenges. - Patient with psychiatric comorbidities. - Pregnant women.
