Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class1-3 Undergoing elective surgeries on humerus,clavicle,shoulder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Allergy to local anaesthetic Severe coagulopathy Local infection Pregnancy Moderate to severe pulmonary dysfunction

To determine incidence of phrenic nerve paresisTimepoint: To determine incidence of phrenic nerve paresis for each patient at baseline, 6 hours and 24 hours post operatively
