Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged 18 to 25 years. All genders Enrolled in college Asymptomatic individuals Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic low back pain Disc herniation Neurological deficits Respiratory conditions History of lumbar or pelvis surgery Any type of lower limb deformity Suffered any kind of injury in the previous six months
