Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with written informed consent. ASA physical status I–II, adult. Patients, of both genders, aged between 18 and 65 years. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under General anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal. Aged 65 years or more or less than 18 years. Patients with contraindications to Magnesium sulphate Patients with contraindications to Dexmeditomidine
