Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with type-2 Diabetes mellitus with moderate and severely increased albuminuria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypertension Peripheral vascular disease of upper limbs Arteriovenous fistula and arteriovenous graft in upper limb eGFR less than 45 ml/mi/1.73 m2 Kidney transplant and renal disease requiring dialysis Pregnancy patients on ACE inhibitors angiotensin receptor blockers calcium channel blocker beta blockers Congestive heart failure chronic liver disease Malignancy UTI
