Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male recreational Badminton players aged between 20-40 years. 2.Recreational Badminton Players who playing Badminton for last 2 years. 3.History of twisting of Ankle 2-4 weeks before. 4.Recreational players who scored less than 90% in FAAM were included. 5.Training and/or competing at least twice a week. 6.Understand Hindi/ English fluently. 7.Completely read and signed the consent form & owing contact details.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recreational Players with any medical or neurological history. 2.Recreational Players who have recently undergone surgery. 3.Recreational Players complaining other than ankle of injury. (Any Tendinopathy)
