Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists class I II III Elective surgeries under General anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal or unable to give consent Patients with advanced respiratory and cardiac insufficiency Pregnant patients Patients with oral lesion facial fractures Patients with cervical spine instability Swelling on the anterior neck
