Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate. Amateur badminton players. Players of all genders between the age group of 14-22 years Players with at least one year of experience who are currently undergoing training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of musculoskeletal injuries in past 6 months. Any diagnosed case of neurological impairment. If the participant is currently undergoing in any other physiotherapy rehabilitation program.
