Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients having classical symptoms or clinically diagnosed Arsha patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 years and more than 60 years. Patient with 1 st degree Piles or associated with Fistula or Fissure. Patient with pregnancy ,Malignancy ,Rectal prolapse ,HIV ,Hepatitis B ,uncontroled Hypertension ,Diabetic.
