Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with classical symptoms of manyastambh patient of both sexes who are yogya for nasya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nasya ayogya pregnant women and lactating mother patient with a known fracture of cervical spine patient with other systemic disorders like cervical tb metaboloc disorder
