Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with diagnostic criterion of any two of three features: anovulation or oligo-ovulation, clinical and/or biochemical hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovarian morphology (PCOM) seen on ultrasound will be taken for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having primary PCOS, congenital anomalies, Malignancies, Hyperandrogenemia due to other causes like adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing’s syndrome etc., cardiac diseases, neurological diseases and severe respiratory diseases.

Change in Subjective parameters like interval and duration of menstruation, hirsutism, acne and Objective parameters like Change in USG findings in Ovarian volume and no of folliclesTimepoint: Assessment will be done before intervention( baseline), immediatly after study( 45 days of drug administration) and 6 weeks after stopping the drug.

quantity of bleeding, dysmenorrhoea, S. Androgen levels, S.AMH levels, S. HbA1C levels, other USG findingsTimepoint: Assessment will be done before intervention( baseline), immediatly after study( 45 days of drug administration) & 6 weeks after stopping the drug.
