Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) More than or equal to 55 years of age 2) Either gender 3)Residing in long-term care settings 4)Free from musculoskeletal impairments and injury at the hand and wrist 5)MiniCog More than or equal to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill/ Terminally ill/ Active infection; Bed-bound /Wheelchair-bound; Acute onset (less than 30 days) of cardiorespiratory/ orthopedics/ neurological/ renal disease. Recent hand injury or surgery less than 6 months
