Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 40-75 years belonging to either gender Patients with Coronary Artery Disease Patients willing to follow all trials procedures after giving written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of serious hepatic renal pulmonary or gastrointestinal diseases Patients with any neurological diseases such as Parkinson disease Alzheimer disease Epilepsy Seizure Stroke Cluster Headache Patients with uncontrolled blood glucose in the range of 5 to 6 Patients undergone CAG or PTCA in the last two weeks Patients who had MI for last 12 weeks Severe infection such as Tuberculosis Bronchitis Meningitis AIDS Leprosy Typhoid Subjects participating in other clinical trial Subjects who have a history of allergy hypersensitivity or intolerance to the investigational product

Improve in Six Minute Walk Test and Improve in WHO- Quality of Life Questionnaire Timepoint: Test will be assessed on Base line, day 30(week 4) and day 60(week 8)

Improve in Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA) & Improve in Hand Grip Strength test.Timepoint: Assessment on Baseline, day 30(week 4), day 60(week 8)
