Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1-2 Mallampati grade 3 or more. Patients undergoing planned intracranial surgery. Patients giving written consent for the procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient should not be a part of other study. Uncooperative or mentally retarded. Patients with h/o hyperreactive airway / bronchial asthma. Patients with cervical spine disease, loose or missing incisors.
