Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I II Primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty by a single surgeon under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Contraindication to regional anaesthesia Advanced respiratory and cardiac insufficiency BMI more than 35 kilograms per metre sqaure Complex and revision Total knee arthroplasty
