Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of bronchiolitis defined as first episode of acute wheezing preceded by viral upper respiratory infection and presence of crackles and or wheeze on auscultation Requirement of respiratory support in the form of continuous oxygen by nasal prongs or heated humidified high flow oxygen by nasal cannula or continuous positive airway pressure Clinical severity score of 4-9
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Very severe disease requiring ventilator support Chronic cardiac illness Suspected or proven immune deficiency Severe neurological disease
