Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of all gender and age group between 30 to 50 years will be included Subjects with FBS within 126-170 mg/dl and or with PPBS 200 to 250mg/dl Subjects with HbA1c 6.5% to 8% Both fresh and treated cases are included Fresh and treated cases are include Freshly detected and untreated cases of type 2 Diabetes mellitus Established and treated cases of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus within duration of 1 year who voluntarily discontinue the on-going treatment Flush out period of 7days will be given before the case is taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of diabetes mellitus associated with complications like Diabetic nephropathy retinopathy infectious wounds gangrene and foot ulcers will be excluded Patients with diabetes mellitus who are on insulin treatment will be excluded Subjects with other systemic disorders which interfere with intervention will be excluded Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded Subjects who are unfit for Basti chikitsa will be excluded Subjects with BMI less than 18.5 and greater than 30 will be excluded

Assessing relieving symptoms of prameha like increased frequency of micturition Polyphagia Polydipsia Burning sensation of hand and feet along with pre and post blood sugar assessment through HbA1c FBS PPBS FUS PPUSTimepoint: At baseline,On 9th and 39Th day Pre and post blood sugar assessment are done through FBS PPBS FUS PPUS Will be done On 39th day HbA1c will be done

To compare the efficacy of haridradi yogabasti with haridradi kashaya internally in relieving symptoms of prameha like increased frequency of micturition Polyphagia Polydipsia Burning sensation of hand & feet along with pre & post blood sugar assessment through HbA1c FBS PPBS FUS PPUSTimepoint: On 31st day Pre & post blood sugar assessment are done through HbA1c FBS PPBS FUS PPUS Will be done
