Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects having SNHL (PTA between 26 dB to 70 dB) with or without Tinnitus Age group of 20 to 60 years Subject who are fit for Nasya, Pratimarsha Nasya, Karnapoorana Subject with informed written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women • Patient with perforated Tympanic membrane • Subject with congenital ear anomalies • Subject with external and middle ear diseases • Patient who needs surgical intervention • Subjects with sudden unilateral or bilateral Sensorineural hearing loss • Subjects with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, hypertension • Subjects with cochlear implants
