Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 3 – 12 years of both genders Clinically diagnosed as a ASD Intake of Concomitant medications Mild/ Moderate aggressive Poor eye contact Inappropriate emotional response Acquired speech or lost it Engages in stereotyped and repetitive behaviour Unusual sensitive to sensory stimuli

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ADD/ADHD (Hyper activity), Mental Retardation, Visual Impairments and Blindness, Hearing Loss and Deafness, Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Traumatic Brain Injury Severe and/or Multiple Disabilities & Children with H/o bleeding tendencies, cirrhosis and oesophageal Varices Children with Active infection, or chronic or persistent infection & Children with Cardiac diseases like congenital heart diseases etc.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The efficacy of the Kasthuri mathirai will be assessed using the ISAA Scale.Timepoint: 6 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The good improvement of ASD children is based on their total score, which ranges from severe to moderate, moderate to mild & mild to no Autism. For excellent improvement, the score ranges from Severe to mild & moderate to no autism The outcome of this study may pave the way to explore an effective & safer drug for Autism worldwide Timepoint: 6 weeks
