Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients age more than eighteen years with clinical diagnosis of first onset acute ischemic stroke with diagnosis confirmed by CT/MRI scan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients age more than eighty years patients with pregnancy,malignancy, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease ,myocardial infarction patients with hemorrhagic stroke
