Intervention1: FEMORAL VENOUS AND ARTERIAL DOPPLER FLOW VELOCITY IN LITHOTOMY POSITION, and angle of lithotomy position: In lithotomy position the femoral vessels get compressed and velocity increases

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI less than 35 kg/m2 surgery requiring lithotomy position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) known case of coronary artery disease on anticoagulants. 2) patients on oral contraceptive pills or on hormone therapy 3) history of venous stripping surgery for varicose veins 4) known case of deep vein thrombosis 5) Known case of peripheral vascular disease 6) history of immobilisation for more than one week
