Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Early knee osteoarthritis (Grade 1 & 2). Satisfying min 4 out of 6 clinical symptoms criteria of Osteoarthritis i;e no stiffness, recurrent pain, pain following a duration of rest, discomfort at rest, swelling, instability, reduced range of motion. ?Must not attended other strengthening exercises in the last 6 months ?Should have neutral alignment of knee joint, and able to walk without any gait aid/assistance equipment. Subject with clinically and radiological (X ray) confirmed diagnosis of early osteoarthritis (EOA) by an Orthopaedician (Patello femoral arthritis)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients demonstrate with any neurological, neuromuscular or musculoskeletal condition other than EOA, Rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory arthritis, Deep vein thrombosis, earlier history of thrombus or stroke. Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2) Subjects with history of vertigo (vestibular dysfunction) Patients with hypertension. Any recent (less than 2 years) ligament/soft tissue/bony injuries for lower limb
