Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals of Age group 20-40years. 2.Healthy individuals. 3.Individuals not on any kind of medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals below 20 and above 40 years. 2.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3.Individuals habitual of taking alcohol, drugs, smoking and cocoa products etc. 4.Individuals suffering from metabolic disorders. 5.Individuals suffering from nutritional deficiencies like anaemia, PEM.
