Intervention1: SODIUM CHLORIDE FORTIFIED OIL MASSAGE: The subject will be asked to lie down first in a supine position, followed by that in prone position. Subject will be also asked to close his eyes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Weak and debilitating individuals. Systemic illness. Subjects with open wounds. Female subjects during menstruation.
