Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Interrater reliability: The degree of agreement between 2 raters who independently assess the same group of swimmers using the Comprehensive Movement Screening Tool. Intra rater reliability: The consistency will be measured by performing Comprehensive Movement Screening Tool on two different occasions by the same Principal investigator on the same group of swimmers using the . Validity: Measures such as sensitivity, specificity will be done to identify risk of injury.Timepoint: Interrater reliability: Two raters will administer the Comprehensive Movement Screening Tool after a minimum gap of 1 hour on same day to the same group of swimmers. Intra rater reliability: The same principal investigator will conduct the Comprehensive Movement Screening Tool assessment on swimmers next day. Validity: The validity will be assessed for Comprehensive Movement Screening Tool and compared with detailed Physical Examination with appropriate evaluation strategies.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measures such as odds ratio, ROC analysis & Area Under curve (AUC) will be analyzed based on Comprehensive movement screening tool scores in injured & non-injured competitive swimmers.Timepoint: The Comprehensive Movement Screening Tool & Physical Examination Data outcome will be collected immediately at baseline on Same day of evaluation i.e Day 1. Upon completion of data from all samples the secondary outcomes of odds ratio, ROC analysis & Area Under curve (AUC) will be statistically analysed.
