Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants must report the presence of chronic non-specific neck pain for a minimum duration of three months. 2. Diagnosis will be confirmed through clinical evaluation and self-report measures 3.Participants should not have a history of significant cardiovascular or respiratory conditions that could independently affect aerobic capacity. 4.No recent or ongoing neck surgeries or treatments that might impact pain or physical function. 5.Participants can be both sedentary and physically active individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals below 18 or above 60 years old will be excluded. 2.Exclusion of participants with neck pain attributed to specific causes such as trauma, tumors, infections, or inflammatory conditions. 3.Individuals with a history of significant cardiovascular or respiratory diseases. 4.Those who have undergone recent neck surgeries or treatments that might impact pain perception or physical function within the last six months 5.Participants with cognitive impairments or psychiatric conditions affecting their ability to provide informed consent or comply with study procedures.
