Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who are willingly participated in the study 2) Age group of 30 to 55 years 3) Both male and female 4) Bilateral hamstring tightness 5) Straight leg raising of 80? or less than 80? 6) Active knee extension test of 125? or less than 125?. 7) Non-specific low back pain duration more than 12 weeks. 8) Patients with positive startle and withdrawal reflex in knee joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of any lower limb injury 2) History of pain paraesthesia in lower limb 3) History of any lower limb fracture or surgery 4) Any infection ,tumour, inflammatory disorder, structural abnormality. 5) Neurological disorders like PIVD, tingling, numbness, radiculopathy

MeasureTime frame
1 Active knee extension test will be used for measuring knee flexion angle. 2 Straight leg raise will be used for measuring the hamstring tightness. 3 Numerical pain rating scale will be used for assessed the domain perceived pain intensity.Timepoint: On the First day of the First week, measurement of the Active knee extension test, straight leg raising test and NPRS will be taken and then at the end of the 4-week measurement will be taken.
