Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient of age between18-70 years and irrespective of gender, religion, education and socioeconomic status. 2)All types of partial and complete fistulectomy wound along with or without Ksharsutra .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Anorectal malignancy 2)HIV, HCV, HbsAg, VDRL positive patient 3)Uncontrolled Hypertension 4)Uncontrolled DM 5)Pregnant women
