The blood from the heart is pumped through a passage called Left ventricular outflow tract. We are comparing the techniques to measure the diameter of this passage. The techniques being compared are echocardiography and Computed tomography. It will be compared in ninety people at a hospital.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing Coronary CT angiogram. 2. In sinus rhythm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Significant aortic stenosis and regurgitation, prosthetic aortic valve, HOCM- LVOTO, calcified LVOT and annulus, right heart dilatation and congenital heart disease 3. Hemodynamically unstable patients –cardiogenic shock and on ventilator 4. Pregnancy and any condition with hyperdynamic circulation 5. Sub optimal echocardiography window 6. Sinus tachycardia (more than 100 bpm) and sinus bradycardia (less than 60 bpm) 7. Sustained arrhythmias / patients with PACEMAKERS.

To compare the LVOT diameter in patients referred for cardiac CT - using a Transthoracic echocardiogram and CT scan in the Indian population.Timepoint: Baseline assessment
