Intervention1: Micro plates: microplates with thickness 0.8mm
and having screw size of 1.2mm
and screw length of 6mm
with drill bit 0.8mm.
Intervention2: Microplates: Microplates 1.2mm plating system
Total duration of intervention: 3months
Control Intervention1: Mini plates: miniplates 1.5mm system
having screw size of 1.5mm
with drill bit 1mm
Control Intervention2: Miniplate: Miniplate 1.5mm plating system

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Lefort I fracture 2.Lefort II fracture 3.Lefort III fracture 4.Zygomatico-maxillary complex (ZMC) fracture 5.Or Combination of the above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Comminuted Lefort & ZMC fracture 2.Medically compromised patients 3.Immunocompromised states
