Interventions

Intervention1: Micro plates: microplates with thickness 0.8mm
and having screw size of 1.2mm
and screw length of 6mm
with drill bit 0.8mm. Intervention2: Microplates: Microplates 1.2mm plating system Total duration of intervention: 3months Control Intervention1: Mini plates: miniplates 1.5mm system
having screw size of 1.5mm
with drill bit 1mm Control Intervention2: Miniplate: Miniplate 1.5mm plating system

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lefort I fracture 2.Lefort II fracture 3.Lefort III fracture 4.Zygomatico-maxillary complex (ZMC) fracture 5.Or Combination of the above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comminuted Lefort & ZMC fracture 2.Medically compromised patients 3.Immunocompromised states

The possible outcome of this study will be to compare pain, stability, Occlusion, palpability, plate exposure, bite force, Maximum interincisal opening, Paresthesia, Infection and interfragmentary distance Timepoint: 1st day, 1st week, 1st month, 3rd month
