Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all low risk primigravida between 34-36 weeks of gestation with single live foetus in cephalic presentation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All high risk primigravida and primigravida with diagnosed pelvic floor dysfunction .Previous history of perineal trauma and expected foetal weight more than 95th centile for that gestation .Presence of pre-existing genital infections.
